Workshop 1: Sprouts

Come participate in the first of a series of workshops called “From the Garden to the Plate” that will unite the energies of the rooftop garden and the Santropol Roulant kitchen!

Menu for the first workshop

4pm: We’ll start with a brief trip to the garden to visit, garden, and harvest!
5pm: We’ll learn how to grow sprouts in the Roulant’s kitchen
6pm: We’ll cook with our sprouts and our harvest!

When: Thursday, June 29 from 4-7pm
