Squash, pumpkin and sauerkraut!

Come participate in the last of a series of workshops called “From the Garden to the Plate” that will unite the energies of the rooftop garden and the Santropol Roulant kitchen!

Menu for this workshop
We’ll start with a brief trip to the garden to harvest fall vegetables and continue with a kitchen class with squashes, pumpkins and cabbages! Armel will cook with the group delicious meals with our fresh vegetables and Benjamin will show you how to cook home-made sauerkraut!
When: Thursday, October 5 from 4-7pm
