This year, thanks to the involvement of our fifty some gardeners in the seedling room since March and the garden since April, we will have our most abundant and diverse harvest yet. Forty different varieties of vegetables, herbs, fruits and flowers with more than 600 plants in our garden! New plants of note include brussel sprouts, water melons, broccoli, pumpkins and even some experimental containers with corn and peanuts!
The classic vegetables also have their place: tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, eggplants, peppers, beans, ground cherries, lettuce, etc. And to this already impressive diversity we add a range of medicinal plants, edible flowers, and fine herbs.
With all this we can hope that the Roulant's kitchen will have an abundant harvest this summer!
Happy gardening!
