Can You Can?

While the summer is on its way out, the harvest is on its way in. The time has come to throw on the old apron, pull the jars off the shelf and stock the pantry for the cold months ahead. We here at the Santropol Roulant are planning a collective canning session and we’d love your participation. Dill pickles, tomato sauce, pickled beets, apple jelly? What’s your specialty?

The collective canning session is scheduled for Sunday, September 30th, 10-6pm. There is a cost of $10 and space is limited. We are currently looking for old jars. Please let us know, if you have any to share.
